At Paddywax, we want you to love your fragrance experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unlit products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your candles in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive at our warehouse without breaking.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
