What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
Paddywax candles are made with a clean-burning soy wax blend and 100% cotton wicks to ensure a long-lasting and fragrant experience.
How can I repurpose my candle vessel once the wax is gone?
Our vessels are designed with second lives in mind! Simply remove the remaining wax and wick tab, wash with warm soapy water, and reuse as a planter, pencil holder, or cocktail glass.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home fragrance products?
We want you to love your scent. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused and unlit products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To get the most out of your candle, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the vessel during the first burn. This sets the 'memory' for the wax and ensures an even burn every time.
